Regulus owns 100% of AntaKori, which represents ~30-40% of a much larger copper-gold system shared with the adjacent Tantahuatay Mine. On a combined basis, the broader TantaKori system is estimated to host over 22Blbs CuEq, supporting the potential for a worldclass, multi-generational operation with a mine life measured in decades.

AntaKori is a near-surface, high-grade, low-strip brownfield project located beside an operating mine, offering lower technical risk and strong development optionality relative to peers.

The existing collaboration with Coimolache creates a clear pathway to a combined resource estimate and a potential joint PEA. A unified development scenario materially strengthens the investment case and positions the project as a globally significant copper-gold asset.

Led by CEO John Black, the team has a strong track record of building and monetizing large copper assets, including the US$650M sale of Antares Minerals to First Quantum.
